Help us tell our story! S.P.E.C.I.E.S. is looking for journalists and writers to develop content for our website, newsletter, and social media. In particular, we are looking for individuals to conduct critical interviews of our global staff and partners, working to turn their reports and field notes into stories and articles. Volunteers will have the opportunity to share their work with our global community. Opportunities for more independent writing about our projects will also be available.

Description
S.P.E.C.I.E.S., the Society for the Preservation of Endangered Carnivores and their International Ecological Study, is committed to the development and implementation of holistic, integrative and impactful projects and activities to further the conservation of the world’s carnivores. Our goals and objectives are best achieved through the integration of diverse components and elements, including innovative science and research, education through mentorship and outreach, developing and empowering local communities, utilizing cultural perspectives, and long-term strategy and policy development.
