Would you like to help us save lives? Blood Bank of Hawaii serves all the islands of the great state of Hawaii, and we greatly value our volunteers. BBH goes to the outer islands to collect blood, we also will come to a school, church, or other business or organization where one can host a blood drive!

Our volunteers are critical to our mission of providing a safe blood supply to the people of Hawaii.

We need dedicated volunteers to call potential donors to ask them to consider donating, or to call people who have an appointment to remind them to come in. Other volunteers staff our food canteen and pass out food and beverages to those who have just donated. Other volunteers work on our mobile drives, at different high schools, colleges and universities, and businesses performing a wife variety of administrative tasks and greeting donors.

We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available and can accommodate a flexible schedule. Our Volunteer Coordinator will be happy to evaluate your interest level and match you up to a rewarding volunteer opportunity!
