Do you believe that peace and social cohesion happens through trust and reconciliation? Do you think that honest conversation, undertaken in an open spirit, builds bridges of trust and community between people of similar, different, and even antagonistic, backgrounds? Are you committed to the transformation of society through change, starting with yourself?
Do you have graphic design experience with Adobe applications such as InDesign and Photoshop? Do you have a passion for connecting text with images, to better portray an idea or concept? Are you deadline driven and enjoy working with a diverse team?
Then join our International Communications team! We are looking for a graphic design volunteer that can identify with our mission of building trust across the worlds divides. Duties included, but not limited to:
- Planning concept by studying information and materials.
- Illustrating concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Obtaining approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
- Preparing final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
