Our Gala is an annual fundraising dinner with dancing and entertainment. Shine Through the Rain helps patients with life-threatening illnesses pay for overdue rent, past-due utilities, and transportation costs while they are in treatment.
For our gala we will need help with registration, selling balloon pop, and 50/50 tickets, distributing surveys, coat check, and more. At this time we are only accepting adult volunteers at this event.
You must have your own transportation. The location is difficult to get to by public transportation, and we will be there late.
If you are interested, we will also need a few volunteers to help with set up during the day.
