If you love music and the library, this is the opportunity for you!

The Cascade Township Branch brings concerts inside for Sunday Afternoon Live, eight concerts from October, 2017 through April 2018 featuring your favorite local artists. Sponsored by Cascade Township, Cascade DDA, Friends of the Cascade Township Library and Kingsland Ace Hardware.

Volunteer opportunities are available for each of the upcoming performance dates from 12:45 pm-4:45 pm. Visit www.kdl.volunteerhub.com to sign up.

Sunday Afternoon Live volunteers:

Set up:
Set up/stock snack/drink tab
Make coffee, popcorn, water
Greet and direct attendees

During:
Make coffee, popcorn
Refresh snacks, beverages
Answer questions from attendees
Promote concert series, library services

After:
Clean up snack/drink tables/popcorn maker
Put away supplies used
Pick up kitchen
Move and stack chairs (may require reaching over your head) (may require pushing stacks of chairs)
Disassemble pipe and drape
Vacuum

Our cardholders have access to one of the largest digital collections in the country, featuring eBooks, eAudiobooks, streaming or downloadable movies, music, games and even a digital comic book collection.
