Support and assist our team of exceptional individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities work in their social enterprise. For A Dream in Every Bean this means supervising them while they grind, weigh, pack, and package direct trade coffee for retail. This is the first of many social enterprises The Extended Family will be establishing to provide meaningful engagement for our community.
