Over 5 million Americans suffer from Alzheimer's disease. Help change those numbers by helping to raise funds for Alzheimer's research, care, and support! The Alzheimer’s Association is looking for volunteers with event planning experience to serve on the planning committee of the 2018 Yuba City Walk to End Alzheimer's.
Committee member responsibilities include: overseeing logistics on the day of the walk, engaging local businesses in the event, recruiting new teams, and engaging past participants.
The committee meets monthly from January through November. We are actively recruiting new members for 2018.
Come see what it's all about - this year's Walk will be held on Saturday, September 8 at Gauche Park, Yuba City!
