ORGANIZATION: Oakland County Parks and Recreation

Saturday Dates for 2018 - August 4, September 8, October 6, November 3 and December 1

Location: Upper Bushman Manor House (Temporary History Center) at Independence Oaks - 10275 Sashabaw Road, Clarkston, MI 48348. Note: the access to the History Center is a small paved drive under the high-tension electrical lines on Sashabaw approximately half way Oakhill Road (to the North) and Pine Knob Road (to the South).

Time: 8:30a.m. - 12:30p.m.

Volunteers needed: 8

Assist with artifact processing and preservation (Bailey Artifacts); artifact restoration and reuse (Ellis and Ernst) and artifact documentation (Ellis).

Uniform: work clothes

How to Volunteer

Step One: If you are a new volunteer complete the volunteer application on the website at https://www.oakgov.com/parks/getinvolved/Pages/Volunteer.aspx
or if you are a returning volunteer then proceed to step 2.

Step Two: Once your application is approved, you will be sent the steps for setting up your VicNet account. This VicNet account is how you sign up for volunteer shifts.
