Hi there! We're currently searching for a parking crew for The Hard Cider Run: Gettysburg. We're expecting around ~2,000 participants for this event, and we need some help directing the cars into the correct parking lot and making sure they park closely together. Parking will be held in a large grassy lot with plenty of space. However, we simply do not have the manpower to staff this on event morning.
We would need help on Saturday, April 28, 2018, from 7:00am-11:00am. The event location is below: Hauser Estate Winery410 Cashtown RdBiglerville, PA 17325 Participants who run into issues as soon as they arrive (taking too long to get parked, for example) tend to have less fun at the event overall, even if everything else goes perfectly. That's why we'd like to create a great experience for them right from the start and hire people who can get them parked efficiently! It would take ~10-12 parking attendants to make sure this runs smoothly. We'd love to have your help!
