Anyone looking for a volunteer opportunity that engages your heart, mind & spirit in caring for people in your community? Be a part of our Mercy Hospice Volunteer Team to provide compassionate support & companionship to patients along their final journey in this life. Must be at least 21 years old.
A few examples of what our volunteers do are:

  • Listening to a patient's concerns
  • Being a comforting and supportive presence
  • Engaging in the patient's hobbies
  • Running errands or doing light housekeeping for the patient and family
  • Providing time for the caregiver to take care of her/his self
Our hospice serves the following counties in Arkansas: Sebastian, Crawford, Scott, Logan, Franklin, Washington & Johnson.

The hospice team provides support to ensure the highest quality of life possible for the person living with a life-limiting illness. The focus of Mercy Hospice is on caring and Mercy Hospice volunteers truly care! Mercy Hospice relies on volunteer support to provide excellent end-of-life care to each patient and family.
