About

Community Based Mentoring (Pikes Peak, Colorado Springs)

Volunteers are matched with a child and choose a variety of mutually enjoyable activities in the community.

Volunteers commit to a minimum of one year, spending time with the same child (ages 9 to 12) two to four time each month.

Volunteers must be 21 years of age.

Big Brothers Big Sisters staff members support the mentors and the match relationship - offering suggestions, counsel and assistance.

This is our traditional program for which Big Brothers Big Sisters is best and most known for.

Presently, with the Pikes Peak Office of BBBS (Colorado Springs) we are in high need for male volunteers as we currently have several Little Brothers enrolled who are waiting to be matched with a Big Brother.
