Come volunteer for the 10th annual CarmelFest Freedom Run event at Carmel High School. Volunteers are needed for a variety of areas. All volunteers will receive an event t-shirt and refreshments during their volunteer shift. We will donate back to large groups from clubs, school groups, organizations, churches, etc.
Volunteer positions are as follows:
Packet Pick Up 6:00AM-8:00AM:
--> These volunteers will help pass out packets/race materials/t-shirts to participants as they arrive on race morning.
Water Station 7:00AM-10:30AM
--> These volunteers will be stations around the course at tables to pass out water/Gatorade to participants and cheer them on as they run/walk by.
Finish Line 7:45AM-10:30AM
--> These volunteers will help pass out finish items, waters, and snacks to participants and cheer them on as they cross the finish line.
Course Leader 7:00AM-10:30AM
--> These volunteers will be stationed at various areas around the course to help make sure participants are moving in the right directions and participating safely.
