Join Columbus Gives Back to serve residents around the Columbus Area at Broad Street Food Pantry. Volunteers will assist students in the "Broad Street Achievement" program as they prepare a family meal and making sure the children are safe and that good food safety procedures are followed. Volunteers will enjoy a meal with the children and will help with clean up after. The family meals are meals that the children prepare and serve to their families and any guests.
Where: Broad Street Food Pantry, 760 E. Broad St.
When: Thursday, February 22, 4 PM - 7 PM.

What we will be doing: Help lead a cooking class and enjoy meeting our neighbors and hearing their stories!
#SocialTwist: After the cooking class, we encourage you to join us afterwards for some food and/or drinks and hang out with our other cool volunteers!
Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of our events, an accurate headcount is important. Please contact one of the event coordinators if you have RSVP'ed but are unable to attend this event.

Columbus Gives Back coordinates group volunteer events with local non-profits, organizes philanthropic happy hours to raise support and awareness for our non-profit partners, and participates in other philanthropic events while emphasizing our social twist: to have fun with volunteers new and old during and after events in the hopes of creating a culture of community engagement amongst our target audience of young professionals.
