The Center for Contemporary Art is looking for a detail oriented intern to work closely with and assist the Office Administrator during the summer art camp program.

Essential Job Functions
The Administrative Intern will assist the Office Administrator with various office-based tasks related to the summer art camp program at The Center. Jobs will include, but are not limited to, assisting with camper check-in, generating rosters, organizing student emergency forms, setting up online student art galleries, and sending out weekly emails to parents. Other project-based tasks may be assigned as they come up.

Marginal Job Functions
The Administrative Intern may be asked to assist in the classroom in the event that a camp aide is absent.

Qualifications/Attributes
The ideal candidate will be:

  1. in college or a recent graduate interested in arts/non-profit administration
  2. comfortable using computers and willing to learn new programs
  3. experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel)  responsible, self-motivated, and flexible
  4. personable and willing to work as part of a team
