POSITION HR Director

Works to develop and optimize team communication, increase team unity across cultural boundaries; manages quality assurance framework to measure and make recommendations for increasing team satisfaction with roles and company

(Time Commitment: 5-7 hrs/week)

1 hour: Core Team Meeting

4-6 hours: HR Director Responsibilities

  • Records team meeting attendance, team meeting ratings
  • In charge of BaseCamp calendar + to dos
  • May create or modify existing measurement tools to gauge team satisfaction with role, direction, team values, etc.
    • Assess results of surveys and makes recommendations to Board on who to recruit and how to change organizational structure to best promote efficiency and increase team satisfaction
  • Organizes virtual social "team bondings" every month (or delegating the responsibility appropriately)
  • Boosts involvement in company "remote flexible co-working" policy, or others that are implemented quarterly
  • Conducting performance reviews and personal rock / goal meetings quarterly (+ ensuring accountability) will receive training
  • Conducting quarterly or bi-yearly "coffee chats" (virtual meetings) with team members regarding their experience will receive training
  • Enhances overall social/communal experience
  • Recruitment and onboarding responsibilities will receive training
    • Interviews with new members
    • Catching new members up to speed about our organization
