Works to develop and optimize team communication, increase team unity across cultural boundaries; manages quality assurance framework to measure and make recommendations for increasing team satisfaction with roles and company

(Time Commitment: 5-7 hrs/week)

1-1.5 hours: Core Team Meeting + Working Session

3-4 hours: HR Director Responsibilities

  • Managing team dynamics
  • In charge of ensuring meetings are efficient
  • In charge of BaseCamp calendar + to dos
  • Creating measurement tools to gauge team satisfaction with role, direction, team values, etc.
    • Assess results of surveys and makes recommendations to Board on who to recruit and how to change organizational structure to best promote efficiency and increase team satisfaction
  • Organizing occasional social gatherings (bi-weekly to tri-weekly)
  • Enhances overall social/communal experience
  • Recruitment and onboarding responsibilities
    • Interviews with new members
    • Catching new members up to speed about our organization

1-2 hours: Alternative Team Meeting responsibilities*

*provides an opportunity to strengthen alternative business-oriented skill sets on projects with other core team members not directly related to day-to-day responsibilities (ex: business plan development, developing portal content, performing a client needs assessment)
