Interview Specialists are vital to VITA and the Valet VITA services, as they assist both taxpayers and tax preparers by ensuring that all taxpayer documentation is collected, reviewed and uploaded to an internet database where it will be accessed by tax preparers. You can help your neighbors get their taxes prepared for free with just one five-hour shift during the tax season!
