Job Descriptions

Greeter Welcomes guests. Having a continuous smile. Watch the entry line so that everyone’s ticket is scanned and that they have the proper the ticket for event. This position requires standing for up to 4 hours. Bartender The position is responsible for the sale of alcoholic beverages, ensuring that customers have a positive experience by delivering a high level of customer service. Must be 21 years or older. With a smile, collect monies, check ID, and pour wine and beer. Being able to move a case of wine and open wine bottles.Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills while serving spirits. Wear comfortable shoes. This position requires standing for up to 4 hours. Clerk For the Judges Accurately record the judge’s comments on paper and input on ipad judging results. Listening and recording the judge’s comments accurately and clearly written. Record ratings/scores into ipad. This position requires standing for up to 4 hours. Parking Attendant Direct customer to parking location. Talk to the public and guide them to the right direction. This position requires standing and sitting for up to 4 hours. Receiving Clerk Greet each Exhibitor with a smile. Thank them for their entries. Friendly customer service skills for a good experience. Attention to details, organized, and multi-task. This position requires standing for up to 4 hours. Exhibit Monitor (Docent) Monitor the exhibit building and individual exhibits. Assist guests with questions. Wearing a smile and being people friendly. This position requires standing for up to 4 hours. Ticket Seller Sell guests admission to event. Bilingual is a plus. Position requires standing or sitting for up to 4 hour.
