Are you a School Kid who is interested in Volunteering?

At Outside2Inside, a non profit organization (www.outside2inside.com) we have variety of roles for Schools kids. We have two Kids / youth programs called Kids Food Waste Awareness program and Farm2School Program which we do at local schools in Santa Clara. We need a variety of skills and some of them include:
1. Blog Writing - Write blogs on Food Waste Prevention, Recovery and Recycle in Community, Schools, Corporates
2. Social Media Coordinator - Be our Facebook Co-ordinate and advertise our events in Facebook regularly.
3. Event Coordinator - Help the event manager to run it successfully.
4. Brand Ambassador - Be the brand ambassador of our programs in your Schools and help introduce them.
5. Volunteer Lead - Lead the volunteer events in the local community or school.
6. Website Development - Develop pages on the website if you have the skills.
7. Graphic Artist - Develop Flyers, Posters, Infographics to advertise our programs.
8. Participant - Be a participant in the programs. Learn and have fun. You will be given a certificate of completion!
9. Grant Writing - Use your writing skills to request for Grant for these programs.
10. Admin, Office Support - Help us with Filing the documentation, contracts etc neatly.
11. Accountant - Help on bookeeping if you have the skills.
12. You Create the Role: You come with ways to help our program and volunteer with skillsets you think you have. We are very open minded,

Mission Statement
Our mission is to reduce food waste by bringing awareness about food waste among community, corporates and youth/kids, recover wonky produce, and recycle food waste through organic composting and animal feed. Our vision is to bring balance in our local community using existing discarded waste to create a clean, peaceful and healthy environment. 1. Creating awareness about food waste, its impact on the environment and ways to prevent it by bringing knowledge to your doorsteps through local schools and community partnerships for a better tomorrow. 2. Reducing hunger by recovering ugly produce at low cost and sharing with the needy, underprivileged people in Santa Clara county. 3. Provide a clean, pollution-free environment by recycling food waste into organic compost at densely populated urban households and reducing landfills. 4. Provide low-cost animal care in local farms by recycling food waste into animal feed reducing wastage of resources.
Description
Outside2Inside is a non-profit organization focused on reducing food waste through prevention, recovery and recycle though various creative programs.
We prevent food waste through awareness programs, bringing food waste realization among the community, corporates and youth/kids.
Our Food recovery programs like Farm2School, Farm2Restaurant, and Farm2Work recovers the unattractive but otherwise nutritious produce from local farms and serve the deprived, needy in our society.
Our recycle program converts food waste into organic compost and animal feed serving urban households & local farms.
Outside2Inside is formed by a group of spirited individuals with the aim to reduce waste, hunger and create a clean, peaceful, healthy environment. This organization is based in Bay area.
