Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Bike MS Kansas City 2018 Planning Committee. We know you’ll find this experience rewarding not only personally, but in the broader sense, as a member of the community. By joining, you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you are a part of planning the best fundraising bike event in Kansas City.
Your involvement is critical to our success and we understand that you may have a lot of questions about what is involved. The good news is, while there are some simple requirements, you can customize what you want to do and the time you can reasonably give to the event. We would like to lay out for you what we view as the minimum requirements to become a member of the Planning Committee and what additional activities you may perform that produce tremendous benefit to the overall success of the event.
Minimum Requirements + Expectations
The below are the minimum requirements. The planning committee is not just an idea factory, but an engaged and active group of individuals with various skillsets focused on the same objective and goals. Every member should possess a willingness to give up time outside of the event weekend.
