Volunteering for KEEN is fun and provides the opportunity for one-to-one work with some terrific kids and young adults with developmental and physical disabilities. As a KEEN volunteer, you will be paired one-on-one with a youth with a disability to practice basic yoga poses in a structured, group setting. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
