The Purple & White Fight Night was founded by Danyelle Shapiro and Ashley Janover, who each lost a loved one to cancer. The event is hosted in memory of Danyelle’s father, who lost his life to lung cancer at age 41, and Ashley’s mother, who lost her battle to pancreatic cancer at age 54. Proceeds from the event will be evenly dispersed between the Lung Cancer Research Foundation and the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.

The event is from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm but we are looking for volunteers to arrive at 7:00 pm and stay until midnight. We are looking for volunteers to help with set-up, informing attendees where things are and to get people to donate at the event and clean-up.
