Finest honors a select group of men and women from around central Ohio who are committed to professional growth through a guided fundraising and awareness campaign. The Finale event at the conclusion of the 16-week campaign will celebrate our honorees success in the community, philanthropy, and industry. Join us for food and drink tastings from local restaurants, music, a photo booth, and silent auction before announcing the Columbus’ Finest Award winner!

Come see who will be dubbed Columbus' Finest from behind the scenes- and for free! Here are more details:

Dress Code- Business Casual (black pants, khaki pants, button-downs, nice blouses for example)
-5 pm: All volunteers to arrive at the venue for training. Event starts at 6:30pm.
-5 pm - 6:30 pm: Set Up
-6 pm - 7:30 pm: Registration Front Line (people to work our check in system on a computer, will be trained prior to event starting)
-6 pm - 7:30 pm: Registration Back Line (people to grab registration files for the front line, and re-file in an organized fashion)
-6:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Greeters (people to say hello to guests arriving and direct them where to check in)
-6:30 pm - 9 pm: Dueling Piano Monitors ( people to collect song recommendations at the pianos)
-6:30 pm - 8 pm: Silent Auction Monitors (we will be trying out mobile bidding for the first time at this event, so this task may consist of controlling an iPad to use for bidding for those who did not want to download the mobile bidding app on their phone)
-8 pm - 9 pm: Auction Item Redemption Assistance (with mobile bidding, the winning bidder will be notified via the app that they have won an item before checkout and have the option to grab their item before the end of the night once the silent auction closes. These volunteers will be responsible for making sure nobody grabs an item before the auction closes, helping a winner find their item if needed, and making sure that all the items are retrieved by their winners by the end of the event)
-9 pm - 10 pm: Tear Down (all volunteers that can stay, this is also a simple and quick tear down process)
