  • Prepare and edit donor proposals, work plans and budget estimates, network with agency partners in program planning, execution and evaluation for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support partners to track intervention impacts and train peer educators for health promotion projects and advocacy.
  • Design local needs assessments for program development and planning, e.g. health, governance, enterprise and education seminars, and collate material for SI4DEV outreach newsletter.

Description

Strategy and Innovation for Development Initiative (SI4DEV) is an NGO registered in Nigeria and committed to empowering community leaders who are working towards a 21st century Nigeria where every citizen has a just and fair access to the resources and opportunities needed to achieve their full potential.

We will partner with these local change makers and influencers and offer the capacity building, collaborative forums and research products they need to implement strong governance systems and to improve the education, economic and health attainment of their communities. Our programs will focus on training and supporting influencers to develop, implement and scale innovative products, services, and action plans for key programs and target populations.
