Come volunteer at the Stonestown Farmers Market info booth! We need a volunteer to help provide general info about our markets and programs to our customers, process EBT transactions, sell our merchandise, and help collect stall fees.
The market runs every Sunday from 9-1 rain or shine in the Stonestown Galleria parking lot (next to the movie theatre) Ideally, a volunteer would be able to come on a weekly basis. Every other week or once a month could also potentially work.
We, the Agricultural Institute or Marin, manage seven certified farmers markets across the bay area. In addition, we provide market and farm tours, as well as classroom presentations, and our unique farm audit program ensure's the integrity of our markets.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about sustainable agriculture, farmers markets, and food!
