Visit a Gentleman with ALS to Make Life Easier for His Family
ORGANIZATION: The ALS Association: MN/ND/SD
Please visit the new page to apply.
A 51 year old gentleman is living with ALS and is being cared for by his wife, who works full-time, and his 24 year old son. If a volunteer could visit this gentleman once a week for a couple hours, it would make life easier for his family. This gentleman loves watching and talking about sports and would enjoy going on walks in his power wheelchair when the weather is nice. The best days for a volunteer to visit would be Monday or Friday but they’re open to Saturday or Sunday as well.
If you would like to get to know this gentleman and have a few hours a week to spare, this is the opportunity for you. Find out why the family assistance program rocks and how you can be a part of it by visiting our website [tinyurl.com/ALS-FAP].
