Ending the Silence (ETS) NAMI Office Staff

ORGANIZATION: NAMI-CC (National Alliance on Mental Illness of Clackamas County)

 Outreach Director works with ETS Program Coordinator to sends information about ETS to
health teachers in Clackamas County (August and January).
 Receives requests for presentations and emails information to ETS Program Coordinator.
 Orders supplies from NAMI national (green cards, mood pencils and training manuals).
 Prints handouts, parent take-home sheets, evaluation forms and NAMI interest sheets (unless
school office will do the first two publications).
 Packs ETS rolling cart with laptop, the above supplies and NAMI brochures plus candy incentives
upon getting a request from an ETS lead presenter.
 Records information from evaluation forms and sends in presentation reports to NAMI national.
 Issues checks in the amount of $30 per presentation to Young Adult speakers (and also lead
presenters upon request) after receiving completed presentation summary sheet.
