Outreach Director works with ETS Program Coordinator to sends information about ETS to
health teachers in Clackamas County (August and January).
Receives requests for presentations and emails information to ETS Program Coordinator.
Orders supplies from NAMI national (green cards, mood pencils and training manuals).
Prints handouts, parent take-home sheets, evaluation forms and NAMI interest sheets (unless
school office will do the first two publications).
Packs ETS rolling cart with laptop, the above supplies and NAMI brochures plus candy incentives
upon getting a request from an ETS lead presenter.
Records information from evaluation forms and sends in presentation reports to NAMI national.
Issues checks in the amount of $30 per presentation to Young Adult speakers (and also lead
presenters upon request) after receiving completed presentation summary sheet.
