Equitas Health is trying to increase the activation and patient usage of the MyChart online patient portal. This allows a patient easy access to get answers to questions, request refills and access lab results all without making a phone call. Patients can also make an appointment through MyChart at their convenience. This is a new experience for some of our patients and supporting patients in activating their MyChart account and understanding the benefits of the online portal will increase the likelihood the patient will use the portal and have another tool to move them towards optimal health outcomes.
