Prep for Event - Help with organizing Family Service Project supplies prior.

Setup for Event - Setup for the event by hanging signs, blowing up balloons, setting up tables, etc..
Times needed: 7:15 am - 9:00 am (20)
Check-in Non-Profits - Greet/ check-in non-profits as they arrive, direct where to setup.
Time needed: 8:30 am - 10:30 am (1)
Family Check-in - Check-in families as they arrive. Direct them to where they need to go.
Time needed: 9:00 am - 11:00 am (2)
Service Project - Help out in the service project area by: assist families in making their blankets, collecting reflection cards and surveys, passing out balloons.
Time needed: 10:00 am - 12:30 pm (20)
Photography/Videography - Walk around and take pictures of all aspects. Video families exit reflection video. Will be assigned a specific location.
Time needed: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (4)
Clean up from Event - Help clean up from the event, taking down signs, cleaning up tables, etc..
Time needed: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm (20)
