Have you or a family member been affected by the disease of addiction? Did you know that more people now die as a result of substance use than from any other cause of death? Join us in our effort to implement prevention programs and raise awareness across our community and throughout the Walled Lake Consolidated School District.
We are looking for individuals who can help us plan events for fundraising, community outreach, volunteer recognition, and lots more. If you love to plan parties and events, please reach out and let's see how we can collaborate to work on our mission to prevent and reduce the use and abuse of drugs and alcohol among our youth using a comprehensive approach to engage and educate our children, parents, and community, and promote alternative activities for youth which will reduce risk factors and increase protective factors.
We have events coming up and could really use your help. Register for our virtual Development Committee meeting to learn more about this opportunity: https://www. lakesareacc.org/so/77N7294FD#/ main
