What you’ll be doing...
● Develop and implement media relations and executive communications/thought leadership activities,
including setting the strategy for our public relation and ensuring success in generating brand awareness of
ASI.
● Manage PR projects while adhering to deadlines, and deliverables and budget considerations
● Manage social media presence for the company across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
● Coordinate closely with Design and Marketing team on social imagery and promotion plans for campaigns and events.
● Provide coordination and project management to ensure event success.
● Build and retain direct relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
● Partner with HR to showcase talent brand across social media properties
● Maintains Crisis Communications materials, documents procedures and recommends improvements.
● Other duties as required

What we’re looking for...
● 1-2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, advertising, event or retail related setting
● A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or related field.
● Startup experience as a PR Manager (or a willingness to be part of one)
● Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired
● Exceptional communication skills
● Excellent time management and ability to prioritize
● Ability to maximize social media platforms
● Ability to create e-newsletters
● Proficient in G Suite applications or willingness to learn
