Qualifications:
- must have familiarity with the rules of basketball.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia's holds a league for ages 6-18 year old boys and girls. The role of the referee is not only to monitor the games, but also help expand our youths knowledge of the game by correcting mistakes.
