Volunteer Consultants at NYC Venture Lab help our startups grow and achieve their goals. Each Volunteer Consultant will be matched with a startup where the startup needs directly match the Volunteer Consultant's expertise.

Volunteer Consultants will:
- Research, develop, and implement strategies for value creation driven by internal and sourced innovation.

  • Research, develop, and implement strategies for value creation driven by internal and sourced innovation.
  • Assist startups in the fundraising process
  • Identify areas for improvement in the startup (financial, operational, marketing, etc.) and assist with strategies to mitigate these weaknesses

We offer strategic advice and tailored support for talented founders, seasoned entrepreneurs, and startup management teams in need of early stage partners and a systematized approach to building a company. We research, develop, and implement strategies for value creation driven by internal and sourced innovation. We'll directly match you with a mentor -- an individual with deep industry, investment, or entrepreneurial experience -- who will share their knowledge and guidance with you and help you on your journey. We believe a sustained relationship with a mentor is key to achieving success.
