This event is through Clean Ocean Action and the Middlesex County Office of Parks and Recreations.
Come out and help us keep our shores beautiful and debris-free! We will be combing the beaches at Raritan Bay Waterfront Park in South Amboy/Sayreville area on April 13th at 9am till 12pm. Our goal is to collect any trash or recyclables along the beach while collecting data on what we find by filling out data cards for future studies.
All materials will be provided for you at this event including gloves and trash bags.
Registration is required and the event will be rain or shine!!!

Mission Statement
To preserve and protect the open spaces, natural areas, and preserves within Middlesex County through the combined efforts of our many Volunteers and the Conservation Corps.
Description
The Middlesex County Youth Conservation Corps focuses on three main areas of work:
* Cleaning up any trash or road side dumpings, debris, and brush removal.
* Existing trail maintenance and new trail construction.
* Habitat restoration, which includes removing invasive species and reforestation projects.
All training is provided as the work progresses.
Our efforts are strong and our results are rewarding!
