Eugene Science Center is looking for volunteers 18 and over to help in our workshop. Volunteers will work closely with our Facilities and Exhibits Director to build, repair and install new exhibits. Facilities volunteers will also work on the grounds, keeping the building and property in good repair. Previous workshop experience is not required, but is helpful. Facilities work is most often on Mondays.

Founded in 1961, the Eugene Science Center's mission is to engage, excite, and inspire children toward a lifelong love of learning about science, technology, and humanity. We strive to do this through interactive exhibitions, planetarium shows, and educational programs on many scientific fields and concepts. We serve 35,000 visitors each year, including 6,000 K-8 children who participated in educational programs such as school field trips, holiday/vacation programs, and summer camps. Formerly the Science Factory.
