The Western Nevada Medical Reserve Corps is looking for both medical and non-medical professionals to assist with all that goes into Public Health Preparedness! Our volunteers help with annual vaccination clinics, emergency response training, shelter set up/break down, administrative duties, and patient care if ever needed during a disaster. Once a volunteer has completed the two required FEMA online trainings and their profile on servnv.org, the volunteer is submitted for a criminal background check. Once the background check clears, the volunteer is officially accepted into the MRC and can begin serving where needed!
