Description

McAuliffe is a community school dedicated to providing all-encompassing support to our families. To ensure that all students' needs are met and that students have the opportunity to explore their potential, McAuliffe offers a variety of after school enrichment opportunities, from piano classes to Tae Kwon Do. In addition, McAuliffe is a Leader in Me school. As such, students, families, and teachers learn about the Seven Habits of effective leadership and practice them every day. To support our students and their families, McAuliffe teachers "loop" with students, meaning that teachers stay with their class for two years. This helps develop stronger relationships with students and families. McAuliffe has a counselor who works with individual and groups of students, and also partners with Youth Care Oklahoma to offer therapy to students and families. As a result of these initiatives and partnerships, McAuliffe is a busy place where students are developing into leaders!
