Dallas leaders of all backgrounds and ages: we need you! If you are passionate about women and about showing Christ's unconditional love and respect to them, please consider joining a nonprofit with a truly unique mission.

The Flashlight Project is a registered 501(c)3 organization. We work to bring Christ's unconditional love and respect to the owners, managers, and younger women in Dallas' erotic massage parlors. We have an active outreach program and visit 19-20 parlors each month.

We are in need of passionate people to join our board of directors. Members must be:

- Christian. While we serve all women regardless of their personal beliefs, we rely on Christ for wisdom and guidance.

- Able to do some fundraising. We are a young nonprofit and need introductions to new donors.

- Able to meet 7-8 times a year for one hour at a time. Meetings always begin and end on time.

We are also looking for people who are connected to the Christian community and to universities so that we may grow our volunteer and donor base.
