We need YOUR HELP for the Restore Opening on Saturday March 17th and Sunday March 18th! We are looking for upbeat volunteers eager to help others, passionate about the work that Habitat does, and wishing to be a part of something great. There is lots of work to be done and we hope you'll join us for a fun filled day!
We are so excited to open this location in Horsham - come be a part of the grand opening!
14 and 15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult, 16+ can volunteer alone.

Description
Habitat MontDelco offers affordable home mortgages to qualified and hardworking families throughout Montgomery and Delaware Counties. Habitat builds, rehabilitates, and sells decent, affordable houses alongside qualified home-buyers from their first inquiry to settlement and beyond. Habitat houses are not given away; they are sold to partner families at no profit and with a low-interest mortgage. Each Partner Family must complete up to 200 hours of "sweat equity." This includes construction work on homes and financial literacy classes and working in one of our ReStores or in the office. Sweat equity hours must be completed before purchasing a home. All homebuyers are required to attend our Almost Home program of 40 classroom hours and one-on-one time with a financial coach. This program teaches crucial financial literacy skills to ensure that families can afford their mortgages and weather future financial challenges.
