ORGANIZATION: Alpha Foundation for Youth Inc.

Brother to Brother Prison mentoring Program seeks out volunteers to build mentoring program around literacy and drama skits. This program would be a two part program that ends with inmates putting on little skits to possible juvenile offenders to help deter them from future crime acts.

The Program Director would need to have a MSW, or a degree in the field of Social Work, and would be responsible for screening and interviewing potential mentors to work within the prison with the inmates and staff.
