Blue Ridge Meals on Wheels Volunteer Drivers Needed!

Meals on Wheels Collin County is looking for volunteer drivers in the Blue Ridge area to help deliver meals to seniors, disabled adults, and veterans within the community! Volunteer drivers deliver meals Monday through Friday beginning around 11:00am, with most routes having about 10 seniors and taking approximately an hour to complete. We have a drop site located at the Blue Ridge Senior Center, so we try to make volunteering as easy and accessible as possible for anyone interested in getting involved. To become a Meals on Wheels driver, there are just a couple steps to complete:

• Fill out the volunteer application and background check form.
• Attend a driver's training session at our office, located at 600 N Tennessee St in McKinney. We hold these every Wednesday at 2:00pm with no appointment necessary, so feel free to come by whenever you'd like. Please bring your completed forms, $10 for a background check processing fee, your drivers license and your current auto insurance.
