ORGANIZATION: Meals on Wheels Orange County

SeniorServ’s mission is to nourish the wellness, purpose, and dignity of seniors and their families in our community.

While food is a basic human need most of us take for granted, many seniors in our community have limited mobility, few family members nearby and few options for getting groceries into their homes. Others may be physically or mentally unable to prepare meals. For those individuals, the ability to receive basic, reliable nutrition may mean the difference between living at home and institutionalization.

Help SeniorServ bring smiles to the faces of older Korean adults living in an apartment complex community by delivering meals to their doorstep. Bilingual volunteers are needed to deliver meals at 7:00 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
