Mission Statement

Through innovative educational experiences that awaken the best in the human spirit, Omega provides hope and healing for individuals and society.

Description

We are a non-profit, holistic learning center. Since our founding in 1977, we have been at the forefront of personal and professional development. We believe that each individual creates his or her own developmental path. Our programs present a wide exposure to many traditions and perspectives, supporting the transformation of consciousness and

the deepening of compassion between human beings.

More than 12,000 workshop participants come to our campus and our off-site conferences each year to take workshops and professional trainings in such diverse areas as psychology, health, spiritual studies, the arts, communication, sports, the environment and social action.

Our 195-acre campus is located in the beautiful Hudson Valley, two hours north of New York City. The Rhinebeck property is a bucolic setting, with rolling hills, an inviting waterfront, and lovely gardens and grounds.
