We are looking for caring compassionate people to warm the hearts of the elderly. You will walk away with an amazing warmth in yours as well. Sometimes by just taking a few hours out of your month to sit with someone makes such an impact in a person's life.
We work around your schedule even if you can spare 1 hour a month that 1 hour can make someone smile for the whole day.
It takes a special person to open their heart for others, but once you do you may realize that smile transfers to you too.

Description
Grace Hospice cares for patients whose medical conditions are not responding to treatment or for those patients who choose to not seek aggressive medical care at the end stage of life. Hospice focuses on comfort care rather than curative care. The goal of hospice is for patients to remain as comfortable and pain-free as possible in their own home or the home of a loved one through the end of life. Care can also be provided in a long-term care facility or an assisted living facility.
