Support Boys In Cambridge - Volunteer with Real Talk!

Real Talk is an 8-week enrichment program for middle school boys. The program is designed to explore concepts around what it means to be healthy male figure in todays climate, through guest speaker presentations and volunteer mentor engagement. We explore topics such as healthy relationships, gender stereotypes, race/racism, media representations, and more.

Tutoring Plus is currently accepting volunteer applications for our spring 2019 program!

Volunteers should be passionate about engaging in discussions with youth that promote critical thinking. Training will be provided. We are looking for applicants with personal experience discussing race, gender, class, healthy relationships, media literacy, and/or identity.

The volunteer role involves building relationships with youth participants, and participating in program activities/discussions.
