We are a new nonprofit seeking assistance in setting up our contact management system. We wish to track demographic information about visitors, donors, board members, and staff. We want to track grant status, program enrollments, events and participation among other things. We have several regular reports we need and probably some ad hoc reporting as well.
We would like help identifying first steps and help with implementation. Ongoing, we may need help with enhancements.
