Military Veteran volunteers needed to serve veterans for Ridgeview Medical Center Hospice program

Ridgeview Medical Center, based out of Waconia, MN, is seeking caring individuals who are veterans who would like to train to serve as Hospice volunteers. Hospice volunteers provide support and companionship to veteran patients and their families at a very difficult time.
Prospective volunteers need to complete our initial application process (health screen/blood draw, background/fingerprint check and orientation packet), followed by hospice interview, at least 1 or more favorable reference, and successful completion of Hospice volunteer training.
Applicants need to be at least 18 years old and able to provide their own transportation.
