Description
Here at Apple Valley Hospice you can count on our Team to provide each
individual with the most loving and compassionate end of life care
possible.
Our Palliative Care Team consists of Physicians, Registered Nurses,
Licensed Vocational Nurses, Certified Home Health Aides, Social
Workers, and Chaplains. We also have caring individuals, living &
working in our community who kindly volunteer their time to care for the
needs of our clients and their families. They will grocery shop, run errands
or just be a listening ear.
We believe that caring for you and your loved ones and friends, wherever
you call home, is most important to our Team.
