Benefit for the Douglas County Fallen Officers Fund. Funds will be designated to assist the officers who were wounded, and the family of Deputy Parrish who was killed on December 31, 2017 in Highlands Ranch.
Need assistance with registration and the auction. We have a live and silent auction.Registration at front door to include collecting admission of $15; giving each paid guest a ticket for a free drink; a ticket for a door prize; register those wanting to participate in the live auction and giving them a bidding paddle. The first 30 paid will also receive a free t-shirt.
Setting up and breaking down auction. Unloading items from vehicle into venue/ and return any unsold items to vehicle after event concludes. Displaying items up for bid and coordinating the bid sheets to their respective item. Assistance may also be needed in collecting payments on purchases.
Non alcoholic refreshments provided complimentary to volunteers.
