You can make a difference in the lives of those affected by Alzheimer's.

Do you enjoy working one on one helping people? Are you interested in assisting people, understand what they need and where to find those resources and support or simply being a listening ear?

Working out of the Alzheimer’s Association’s Charlotte Office through outbound phone calls, Helpline Specialists assess individuals' needs and provide information and referrals. We are looking for customer service oriented and compassionate individuals to join our team of committed and dedicated volunteers serving individuals and families across our 49 county region of the Alzheimer’s Association - Western Carolina Chapter.

Interested individuals will make a year commitment and work a regular weekly or biweekly shift.
