Please join us for the 2019 St. Chatty's Day Parade and Party on the Parkway! 100% of the proceeds from the parade will benefit Chattanooga's Kids on the Block (CKOB). Proceeds from Party on the Parkway benefit CKOB and SoundCorps. We have various volunteer positions and shifts available for both events. Shift times are currently tentative and subject to change.
Parade volunteers needed - minumum age 18:
Check-in (10:30am-1pm, 4 volunteers)
Parking Area Attendants (11am-1pm, 3 volunteers)
Line-up Assistants (11am-1pm, 2 volunteers)
Parade Route Attendants (noon-2pm, 10 volunteers)
Banner holders (noon-2pm)
Party on the Parkway volunteers needed - minimum age 21:
Set-up Crew (HEAVY LIFTING REQUIRED, 10am-2pm, 12 volunteers)
Kids' Zone (2:30-6:30pm, 6 volunteers)
Front Gate (12:30-6:30pm/6pm-12:30am, 8 volunteers each shift)
Merchandise/Coke Tent (1-7pm/6:30pm-12:30am, 5 volunteers each shift)
Tidy Crew (2-8pm/7:30pm-1:30am, 3 volunteers each shift)
VIP area (1:30-7:30pm/7pm-12:30am, 2 volunteers each shift)

Mission Statement
The mission of Chattanooga's Kids on the Block: Using the power of puppetry, our mission is to educate children about social concerns and differences, giving them skills to stay safe and healthy.
Description
We are a small non-profit agency that receives funding from private grants, donations, and fundraisers.
We take this money and provide programs to schools which educate children on various topics including divorce, differences, childhood obesity, abuse, bullying, and more.
